Steampunk Fugu Puffer Fish Statue

Somewhere between a Victorian inventor's workshop and the deep ocean, this little pufferfish puffed up and never quite deflated. He wears a riveted copper top hat, a brass monocle over one wide green eye, and a bow tie that suggests he takes himself very seriously.

Every spine on his round body is cast and finished by hand, so the gears, pressure gauges, and fins catch the light the way aged metal does. He is heavy for his size, the kind of object people pick up before they ask about it.
