The "The Hunter," is a model of the El Cazador Spanish Treasure Sailing Ship Model, which can be displayed in your home or office!

The El Cazador, laden with a vast treasury of freshly-minted silver destined for the New World, is available as a FULLY ASSEMBLED model.

Master craftsmen handcraft these highly detailed wood models from scratch, using historical photographs, drawings, or original plans. Built to scale with high-grade wood such as western red cedar, rosewood, and mahogany, each model is individually hand-built using the plank-on-frame construction method, similar to the building of actual ships. Hundreds of hours are dedicated to completing each model, which undergoes a demanding quality control process before leaving the workshop.

This El Cazador model features a distinctive two-stripe black paint on the hull, plank-on-frame construction, two decks, and a row of metal cannons on each side of the ship. The front bowsprit and three large masts are securely connected with advanced rigging and lines, painstakingly knotted and fastened by hand. Each yard has attached hand-stitched, rolled-up linen sails. Metal anchors and a wooden rudder are visible at the front and rear of the ship. On the deck, you'll find metal stationed cannons, a wooden cabin, a wooden tower, wooden ladders, and numerous other handcrafted ornaments.

The model comes standard with a solid wood base and brass nameplate, making it an ideal gift for home or office decorators, boat enthusiasts, or passionate collectors.
