Each model is 100% hand-built individually using the plank-on-frame construction method, similar to the building of actual ships. Hundreds of hours are devoted to finishing each model, which must undergo a demanding quality control process before leaving the workshop.

This stunning Mayflower model features a natural wood finish, plank-on-frame construction, three full masts, and exquisite details on each side of the hull. The front bowsprit and three large masts are securely connected using advanced rigging and lines, painstakingly knotted and fastened by hand. Metal anchors hang securely on the ship. The deck includes wooden ladders, authentically hand-built lifeboats with ribs and planks, and many other spectacular ornaments.
